The SXSW lineup is out, along with mp3s galore for many of the artists. A couple of years ago when I started this blog, I did a list of power pop and near-power pop mp3s available from the SXSW site, but last year Powerpopulist did it. I'll give it a stab again this year, though. Here goes:
